BIG REASONS WHY JESUS IS NOT GOD

1_
Jesus calls the Father the only true God and the one who sent him:

And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent (John 17:3)

God the father and only true God is greater than Jesus:

You have heard Me say to you, ‘I am going away and coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said, ‘I am going to the Father,’ for My Father is greater than I. (John 14:28)

Jesus does not know the last hour, only God the father does:

But of that day and hour knoweth no [man], no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. (Matthew 24:36)

Jesus denies being good, claiming only God is good, making a clear separation between himself and God:

So Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God (Mark 10:18)

Man is the head of women, Jesus is the head of men, and God is the head of Jesus, a clear separation between God and Jesus:

But I want you to know that the head of every man is Christ, the head of woman is man, and the head of Christ is God (1 Corinthians 11:3)

Jesus is the mediator between men and the one God:

For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5)

Jesus cannot do anything on his own, acts in line with the Father’s will:

Then Jesus said to them, “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I can do nothing of Myself; but as My Father taught Me, I speak these things. And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him.” As He spoke these words, many believed in Him. (John 8:28-30)

Jesus responds to some blasphemy accusations against him by saying he is a man, contrary to the arguments against him, that he was making himself God:

But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham. (John 8:40)

Jesus grew in wisdom and knowledge:

And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man. (Luke 2:52)

There is one God the Father, and one lord Jesus. A clear separation between Jesus and God:

So then, about eating food sacrificed to idols: We know that an idol is nothing at all in the world and that there is no God but one. For even if there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth (as indeed there are many "gods" and many "lords"), yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live. (1 Corinthians 8:4-6)

Jesus is seated at the right hand of God, a clear separation between the two:

Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. (Colossians 3:1)

Jesus was ignorant about the season of the figs:

Now the next day, when they had come out from Bethany, He was hungry. And seeing from afar a fig tree having leaves, He went to see if perhaps He would find something on it. When He came to it, He found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs. (Mark 11:12-13)

Jesus cries out to God asking why he has forsaken him, another clear separation between Jesus and God:

And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” that is, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?” (Matthew 27:46)

الرب لا يمكن أن يكون إنسان

While Islam promotes the historical Jesus who was a flesh and blood phenomenon, Pauline Christianity erroneously portrays the pagan-inspired cosmic Christ of faith. That's why blind faith is essential for Christians to believe in their incoherent and illogical dogmas,

Jesus is very plainly called a man many times in Scripture: John 8:40; Acts 2:22; 17:31; 1 Tim. 2:5, etc.

In contrast to this, the Bible says, “God is not a man…” (Numbers 23:19), and “…For I am God, and not man…” (Hosea 11:9).

Numbers 23:19 also specifically says that God is not “a son of man.” In the Gospels, Jesus is often called “a son of man” or “the son of man.” If God became a human being who was called “the son of man” this creates a contradiction.

Some occurrences of the phrase “son of man” in the New Testament are Matthew 12:40; 16:27 and 28; Mark 2:10; 8:31; John 5:27.

In the Hebrew Scriptures, the “son of man” is also used many times speaking of people (Job 25:6; Psalm 80:17; 144:3; Ezekiel 2:1; 2:3; 2:6; 2:8; 3:1; 3:3; 3:4; 3:10; 3:17; 3:25).

Human beings, including Jesus Christ, are called “son of man,” and are thus carefully distinguished from God, who is not a “son of man.”

15 BIG REASONS WHY JESUS IS NOT GOD:

INCLUDING 90 BIBLICAL VERSES THAT JESUS IS NOT GOD:
1. Matthew 24:36
• No one knows about that day or hour, not even the Son, but the Father only.
• Here Jesus makes a distinction between what he knows and what the Father knows.

2. Matthew 26:39
My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me, yet not as I will, but as Thou will.
• Jesus’ will is likewise autonomous from God’s Will. Jesus is seeking acquiescence to God’s will.

3• John 5:26
• For as the Father has life in Himself, so he has granted the Son to have life in himself.
• Jesus received his life from God. God received his life from no one. He is eternally self-existent.

4• John 5:30
• By myself, I can do nothing: I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who has sent me.
• Jesus says, “by myself, I can do nothing.” This indicates that Jesus is relying upon his own relationship with God. He is not trying to “please myself” but rather is seeking to “please the one who sent me.”

5• John 5:19
• The Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees the Father doing, because whatever the Father does, the Son does also.
• Jesus declares that he is following a pattern laid down by God. He is expressing obedience to God.

6. Mark 10:18
• Why do you call me good? No one is good, except God alone.
• Here Jesus emphatically makes a distinction between himself and God.

7. John 14:28
• The Father is greater than I.
This is another strong statement that makes a distinction between Jesus and God.

8. Matthew 6:9
Our Father, which art in Heaven.
He didn’t pray, Our Father, which art standing right here!”

9. Matthew 27:46
My God, My God, why hast thou forsaken me?
Inconceivable if he is God the Creator.

10. John 17:21-23
. . .that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. . ..that they may be one as we are one: I in them and you in me.
In this prayer Jesus defines the term “to be one.” It is clearly accomplished through the relationship of two autonomous beings. Christian believers are to model their relationship (to become one) after the relationship of God and Christ (as God and Christ are one). Notice that “to be one” does not mean to be “one and the same.”

11. 1 Corinthians 15:27-28
For he "has put everything under his feet." Now when it says that "everything" has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ. When he has done this, then the Son himself will be made subject to him who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all.
Paul declares that God put everything under Christ, except God himself. Instead God rules all things through Christ. (remember: “through him all things were made.”)

12. Hebrews 1:3
The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being.
Jesus is the exact representation of his being. I send my representative to Congress. He is not me, myself. He is my representative.

13. Hebrews 4:15 (compared with James 1:13)
For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet without sin.
Jesus has been tempted in every way, just as we are, yet he never sinned. See

James 1:13: When tempted, no one should say, God is tempting me. ForGod cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt.
Jesus was tempted in every way, but God cannot be tempted. This is why Jesus said, “don’t call me good, none are good, only God.”

, [02.12.19 21:31]
14. Hebrews 5:7-9
During the days of Jesus' life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission. Although he was a son,he learned obedience from what he suffered and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him
Jesus had to walk a course of faith and obedience in order to achieve perfection. By achieving perfection, Jesus “became” leader of his people.

15. Jesus is God yet he says he has brothers, sisters and mother below ! ! !
Matthew 12:46-50
