#Jesus_miracles_were_not_unique

Jesus' Miracles were not unique. Therefore, they can never be used to prove that he is the Creator of the Universe.

Is Jesus the only one who has miracles in the Bible?

According to the Bible

Jesus' dead body never caused for any dead to come back to life, but Elisha's did:

"Elisha died and was buried.  Now Moabite raiders used to enter the country every spring.  Once while some Israelites were burying a man, suddenly they saw a band of raiders; so they threw the man's body into Elisha's tomb. When the body touched Elisha'sbones, the man came to life and stood up on his feet.   Hazael king of Aram oppressed Israel throughout the reign of Jehoahaz.  (From the NIV Bible, 2 Kings 13:20-22)

Creating life:

Jesus only restored life, but never actually created one from scratch.Moses, however, did create a live snake from a wooden stick:

"Then the LORD said to him, "What is that in your hand?"  "A staff," he replied.  The LORD said, "Throw it on the ground."  Moses threw it on the ground and it became a snake, andhe ran from it.  Then the LORD said to him, "Reach out your hand and take it by the tail."  So Moses reached out and took hold of the snake and it turned back into a staff in his hand.  (From the NIVBible, Exodus 4:2-4)

_Elisha prayed to the LORD , "Strike these people with blindness."So he struck them with blindness, as Elisha had asked.Elisha told them, "This is not the road and this is not the city.
Follow me, and I will lead you to the man you are looking for."
And he led them to Samaria. After they entered the city, Elisha said, "LORD , open the eyes of these men so they can see."
Then the LORD opened their eyes and they looked
(From the NIV Bible, 2 Kings 6:15-24)

Healing leprosy:

"Elisha sent a messenger to say to him, "Go, wash yourself seven times in the Jordan, and your flesh will be restored and you will be cleansed."
But Naaman went away angry and said, "I thought that he would surely comeout to me and stand and call on the name of the LORD his God, wave his hand over the spot and cure me of my leprosy.
Are not Abana and Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, better than any of the waters of Israel?Couldn't I wash in them and be cleansed?" So he turned and went off in a rage.
Naaman's servants went to him and said, "My father, if the prophet had told you to do some great thing, would you not havedone it? How much more, then, when he tells you, 'Wash and be cleansed'!"
So he went down and dipped himself in the Jordan seven times, as the man of God had told him, and his flesh was restored and became clean likethat of a young boy.
(From the NIV Bible, 2 Kings 5:10-14)

Feeding hundreds with few loafs of bread:

"A man came from Baal Shalishah, bringing the man of God twenty loaves of barley bread baked from the first ripe grain, along with some heads of new grain. "Give it to the people to eat," Elisha said.
"How can Iset this before a hundred men? his servant asked.
But Elisha answered, "Give it to the people to eat. For this is what the LORD says: 'They will eat and have some left over.'"
Then he set it before them, and they ate and had some left over, according to the word of the LORD.(From the NIV Bible, 2 Kings 4:42-44)

??Jesus said

I can't do ANYTHING on my own. I do only what God commands me to do. (John 5:19, 30)

In Quran : {3:49}
It states that all these were by the permission of Allah .

And [make him] a messenger to the Children of Israel, [who will say], 'Indeed I have come to you with a sign from your Lord in that I design for you from clay [that which is] like the form of a bird, then I breathe into it and it becomes a bird by permission of Allah . And I cure the blind and the leper, and I give life to the dead -  by permission of Allah . And I inform you of what you eat and what you store in your houses. Indeed in that is a sign for you, if you are believers.

They say Jesus is God because he said in John 14:6:
"Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but by me."

Reply ??

Yes Jesus was the WAY to God for his people because he was the ONLY mouthpiece and messenger calling to worship the One true God .

Every prophet was the way to God in his time to guide people to know Almighty God and to follow his teachimgs .

Abrahim and Noah were the way to their people in their time , and so is Moses and Jesus and Muhammed .

If Jesus was the only way , so what happened to the people before Jesus ??

All of them were the truth bacause they were sent from God with the massage of Truth .

And all of them were the life coz their message brings salvation .

All Prophets carried the same message to all nations.

A simple straightforward
message as the condition of salvation: *Belief in One God (the Creator) and
unifying Him in worship.*

Every Prophet was the way for his followers in his time to get the salvation, and that was by following his teachings; worshiping like the
Prophet does, not worshipping the Prophet himself or any other intermediary (idol, saint, priest, etc.),

as it is the right of the Creator to be worshipped alone and the right of the human being to have direct connection with His Creator.

Jesus said :
•John 5 v 30 : I, Jesus, can do nothing of myself

•I can't do ANYTHING on my own. I do only what God commands me to do. (John 5:19, 30)

So how do you pray to him and worship him ???

Almighty God said in Quran :
"And they worship besides God that which does not possess for them [the power of] provision from the heavens and the earth at all, and [in fact], they are unable." (16:73)

#I_and_the_father_are_one

John 10:30:

"I and the Father are one.”"

What does it mean ..
??
We can understand here that the meaning of his oneness with God, that Jesus did miracles with the permission of God, such as some acts which supposed to be done only by God.

Let us also look at these verses
too ??

??God, Jesus And The Disciples Were Described As One

"Jesus said: ‘That they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in
you,   (John 17:21)

It is very clear that it was not a literal description but a symbolical one.

??Because there is one loaf, we, who are many, are one body, for we all share the one loaf."

(1Corinthians 10:17)

Is this a literal or symbolical description ??

??A Married Couple Were Described As One

"And said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be
united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.’"
(Matthew 19:5)

This is an indication for showing how close a man and a woman become after marriage.

Therefore, the oneness of Jesus and God does not mean that Jesus is God
or even the son of God but it is an allegory used for showing how Jesus is close and attached to God as a prophet and messenger of God.

We can notice that meaning as well in the words of Jesus in his description to the relation between God the almighty and his believers,
(God, Jesus and the disciples are one),

this is a symbolic usage to show how the disciples are close to God and
Jesus.

It is an analogy referring to God’s company, assistance and protection. God is One and symbolically referred to Him as ‘the Father’ and that Jesus is Just a teacher.

It's a way of saying God is the Creator, Sustainer and Supreme master of
all.
