Life is short, and death does not ask permission from anyone — it can come to you at any moment without warning. That is why a wise person must make strong, decisive choices in life, choices that will save him in this world and the Hereafter, even if at first they seem heavy, go against his comfort, or contradict what he inherited from his family and forefathers.

Human nature leans towards comfort and dislikes hardship. But a true believer knows that beyond such hardship lies a Paradise as vast as the heavens and the earth, containing what no eye has ever seen, no ear has ever heard, and what has never crossed the mind of any human. If you know that entering this Paradise depends on embracing Islam and testifying that there is no God worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, then — by Allah — any hardship becomes light, even sweet, because by doing so you please your Creator and save yourself from the Hellfire.

Do not delay, and do not give Satan the chance to plant hesitation in your heart, for you own nothing of your life except the moment you are in right now. Pronounce the testimony of faith immediately and start your real life with Allah, upon the light and truth that He has chosen for His servants:

I bear witness that there is no God to be worshiped except Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.

With this courageous decision, you start a new chapter in your life. Allah will erase all your past sins, write you among His righteous servants, and you will have chosen the path to Paradise — by His permission.
