🚨 PAUL vs JESUS – CONTRADICTIONS IN THE BIBLE 🚨
✋ Don’t just follow blindly. Compare what Jesus taught vs what Paul introduced. They are not the same. Let's break it down verse by verse:
🔴 1. Salvation: Faith vs Works
📜 Jesus:
“If you want to enter life, keep the commandments.”
Matthew 19:17
📜 Paul:
“A person is justified by faith apart from the works of the law.”
Romans 3:28
🚫 Contradiction: Jesus says salvation = obedience to God's law. Paul cancels it and says faith alone is enough.
🔴 2. The Law: Keep it or Cancel it?
📜 Jesus:
“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law… I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. Until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter… will by any means disappear from the Law.”
Matthew 5:17-18
📜 Paul:
“But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.”
Galatians 5:18
🚫 Contradiction: Jesus upheld the Law till the end of time. Paul says you're free from it.
🔴 3. Who is your God?
📜 Jesus:
“The Lord our God, the Lord is one.”
Mark 12:29
(He quotes the Shema: no mention of Trinity)
📜 Paul:
“There is one God, the Father… and one Lord, Jesus Christ…”
1 Corinthians 8:6
🚫 Contradiction: Jesus teaches strict monotheism. Paul starts redefining God into two beings – preparing the way for Trinity.
🔴 4. Circumcision: Required or Not?
📜 Jesus:
“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law…” (Which includes circumcision as per the covenant)
Matthew 5:17
📜 Paul:
“If you let yourselves be circumcised, Christ will be of no value to you at all.”
Galatians 5:2
🚫 Contradiction: Jesus never canceled circumcision. Paul flatly rejects it.
🔴 5. Who is Jesus? Man or God?
📜 Jesus:
“The Father is greater than I.”
John 14:28
📜 Paul:
“Christ Jesus… being in very nature God…”
Philippians 2:6
🚫 Contradiction: Jesus clearly says he is not equal to God. Paul says Jesus is God.
🔴 6. Eating Forbidden Food
📜 Jesus:
“I have not come to abolish the Law.” (Leviticus forbids pork & certain foods)
Matthew 5:17
📜 Paul:
“I am convinced… that nothing is unclean in itself.”
Romans 14:14
🚫 Contradiction: Paul gives green light to eat anything. Jesus upheld the Law that forbids unclean foods.
🔴 7. Who should we follow?
📜 Jesus:
“Follow Me.”
Luke 9:23
📜 Paul:
“Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ.”
1 Corinthians 11:1
🚫 Contradiction: Jesus never told anyone to follow Paul. Paul tells people to follow him.
⚠️ CONCLUSION:
Paul changed the message. Jesus taught Law, obedience, and oneness of God. Paul taught faith alone, rejected the Law, introduced Jesus as God, and became the new center of Christianity.
