Good News
for People of the Book ( Christians and Jews)who embraced Islam

Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him said:

"Three types of people will have a double reward:
"one of the people of the Book (a Christian or a Jew) who believes in  his prophet and believes in Muhammad ".


God Almighty , Allah , rewards the non Muslim, if he embraces Islam, for all the good deeds he did before becoming a Muslim, if they didn't contradict the teachings of islam such as:

giving charity and honoring parents.
 
  This is one of the great graces of Almighty God (Allah) and it encourages the unbeliever to embrace Islam.


 Hakim bin Hizam said to Allah's Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him):

"Before embracing Islam I used to do good deeds like giving in charity, freeing slaves and keeping good relations with parents and relatives. Shall I be rewarded for those deeds?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied,

"You became Muslim with all those good deeds (Without losing their reward)."
