Let’s think together





Why would someone claim to be a prophet





There are only a few possible reasons





For money, power or fame


 Because he’s crazy or delusional


Or he’s truly a Prophet from God.

Now let’s honestly look at Prophet Muhammad





Before his prophethood, he was known as “The Honest and Trustworthy”  even by his enemies. He never lied.





Did he want money or power 





No.





 The leaders of Mecca offered him wealth, leadership and even marriage to the most beautiful women if he would stop calling people to worship one God


but he refused.





If he seeks fame and power , he would have accepted their offer.





If he was seeking fame or power why not accept the deal

Was he crazy or delusional





No.





When his son Ibrahim died, the sun eclipsed.





People said “Even the sun is mourning your son!”





He could have used this to support his claim but he said





"The sun and moon are signs of Allah. They don’t eclipse for the death of anyone"

What did he gain





He suffered pain, loss of children, friends, wealth and constant attacks.





No liar would go through all this for a false claim.





He had nothing to gain  only hardship.





So why did he continue for 23 years with full courage and patience





Because he was truly a Prophet sent by God.





Isn’t this worth thinking about








Would an honest man go through all this .. just to lie 





Or was he truly guided by the Creator of the universe
