After the resurrection of Jesus

The Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified. John 7:39

And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. Acts 2:1-4

Who is the most blessed woman?

Mary

The angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary. And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women. Luke 1:26-28

Jael

Blessed above women shall Jael ... be, blessed shall she be above women ... He asked water, and she gave him milk; she brought forth butter in a lordly dish. She put her hand to the nail, and her right hand to the workmen's hammer; and with the hammer she smote Sisera, she smote off his head, when she had pierced and stricken through his temples ... there he fell down dead. Judges 5:24-27

Judith

Blessed art thou ... above all women upon the earth. The Lord ... directed thee to the cutting off the head ... Thy praise shall not depart out of the mouth of men ... for ever. Judith 13:23-25

Was Mary (the mother of Jesus) blessed?

Yes, according to the angel Gabriel.

No, according Jesus.

A certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked. But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it. Luke 11:27-28

Jesus said that his mother (The Most Blessed Virgin Mary) wasn't blessed. (At least her womb and breasts weren't, anyway.)

So Gabriel was probably just being polite when he recited the first half of the Rosary with her. (Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among woman....)

When God tells Jeremiah that he will soon destroy Jerusalem by the sword, famine, and pestilence, Jeremiah and God say it will be easy for him, since nothing's too hard for the Lord.

Jesus, whom many Christians believe is God, was unable to do any mighty works in his hometown.

Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him. But Jesus, said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house. And he could there do no mighty work, , save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them. Mark 6:4-6

They lived in a house in Bethlehem, and moved to Nazareth after returning from Egypt.

Jesus was born in a house in Bethlehem, where he was visited by the wise men from the east.

Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? ... And they said unto him, in Bethlehem of Judaea .... And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him. Matthew 2:1-11

Was Jesus born in a house or a manger?

In a manger, because there was no room at the inn.

And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be taxed. And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city. And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child. And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn. Luke 2:1-7

In a house.
