Here are 20 verses of qur’an that will melt your heart and calm your soul!

1) Verse Number One:

And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me – indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided.”  [Qur’an 2:186]

Are you asking yourself where is God in my life? Indeed the Lord is near; He wants to Listen to all your demands right now, just go to Him and He will answer.

2) Verse Number Two :

He said, ‘I only complain of my suffering and my grief to Allah, and I know from Allah that which you do not know.’ ”   [Qur’an 12:86]

You don’t have to complain to your friends, brother, sister or even your mother; just say all your sufferings to God. He is better than the closest persons around you.

3) Verse Number Three:

Know that the life of this world is but amusement and diversion and adornment and boasting to one another and competition in increase of wealth and children – like the example of a rain whose [resulting] plant growth pleases the tillers; then it dries and you see it turned yellow; then it becomes [scattered] debris. And in the Hereafter is severe punishment and forgiveness from Allah and approval. And what is the worldly life except the enjoyment of delusion.”   [Qur’an 57:20]

Don’t let this present life deceive you. We are all running after the fancy life that is full of money, cars, homes, villas, children and many other luxuries, but guess what, all of that will turn into yellow like the dead plants so soon. God is telling you and me that this life is not permanent. In brief, you should think of your everlasting life in the Hereafter rather than a deceiving worldly life.

4) Verse Number Four:

[They continued] until, when the messengers despaired and were certain that they had been denied, there came to them Our victory, and whoever We willed was saved. And Our punishment cannot be repelled from the people who are criminals.”  [Qur’an 12:110]

Be sure that the light of victory comes after the darkest moments and the hardest situation. Even prophets and messengers faced many problems. Actually, they also felt weak and helpless at certain times, even though God saved them as they believed in Him.

5) Verse Number Five:

Do the people think that they will be left to say, “We believe” and they will not be tried? ”   [Qur’an 29:2]

Believers are always in tests by God. For example, if you decided to lower your gaze and not to look upon women, you will meet a very gorgeous girl who offers herself to you! Likewise, if you decided to quit smoking or drinking alcohol for the sake of God, your best friend will invite you to a party just to drink! Definitely, All the time God is testing your belief to reveal whether you are a true believer or you are saying what you are not doing!

6) Verse Number Six:

And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient.”   [Qur’an 2:155]

There must be something that you worry about. In other words, something that you’re afraid for like your future, your career, your family, and your health. Maybe you lost a lot of money or one of your family is having a chronic disease or even you lost your close friend in a terrifying accident. But, the big question here is “Will You Have Patience?” In deed, patients are always the winners.

And there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure.”   [Qur’an 15:21]

If you know a king who have the treasures and the secrets of all the blessings in life, will you leave him? God is the Lord and the King of the Earth and the Heavens and what’s between them. In short, just put your trust in Him alone.

10) Verse Number Ten:

So whoever does righteous deeds while he is a believer – no denial will there be for his effort, and indeed We, of it, are recorders.”   [Qur’an 21:94]

Can you imagine that God is evaluating you according to the amount of effort that you exert not by the results? On the contrary, in any worldly exam, you are evaluated by the results only! Even if you exerted a very big efforts. However, the Most Knowing and the Most Merciful is evaluating every single trial and every effort whether it is big or small. What a Merciful God!

No matter what wrong acts you did. Moreover, no matter whether these sins are too big or small! Actually, God accepts those who repent and His mercy embraces all the things.

It will have [the consequence of] what [good] it has gained, and it will bear [the consequence of] what [evil] it has earned. “Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear.
