• Yin umurni da kyakyawan aiki da hani da mummunan aiki shine yana cikin Jihadi kuma shine tafarkin manzanni da mabiyan su wanda suka zo bayan su, manzon Allah s.a.w yace: “babu wani annabi a cikin wani al'ummar da suka gabace ni face ya kasance yana da mataimaki cikin mutanen sa da sahabban sa wanda zasuyi kodi da riko da sunnar sa bayan sa sa'annan wasu al'umma zasu zo bayan su suna fadin abunda basa aikatawa da kuma aikata abunda ba'a umurce su dashi ba duk wanda ya yakesu da hannun sa mumini ne wanda kuma ya yake su


da harshen sa shima mumini ne wanda kuma ya yakesu da zuciyar sa shima mumini ne kuma babu wani imani bayan wannan koda kwatankwacin kwayan zarri” (muslim ne ya rawaito shi)

• Tafiya domin neman ilimi shima yana cikin jihadi, manzon Allah s.a.w yana cewa: “duk wanda ya fita domin neman ilimi yana tafarkin Allah har sai ya dawo” (tirmizi ne ya rawaito shi kuma y ace hadisi ne hasan, albani kuma ya inganta shi cikin littafin sahihul targib wal tarhib: 88)


• Neman ilimi yana cikin Jihadi, manzon Allah s.a.w yana cewa: (duk wanda yzo wannan masallaci nawa domin wani alherin da yake so ya kowa ko kuma ya karantar dashi to yana da martaban Mujahidi akan tafarkin Allah wanda kuma badan haka ba to kamar mutumin da yake neman kayan da ba nashi ba) (sahihu Ibn Hibban, sahihul Jami'u: 6184)


• Biyayyar iyaye, hakika wani mutum yazo gun manzon Allah s.a.w yana nemna izinin san a zuwa Jihadi sai yace: “(iyayen ka suna raye?) sai yace: eh sunanan, sai yace: (kaje kayi jihadi akan su - na masu biyayya da hidima-)” (suhihul buhari)


• Rikon amana da kuma rashin yin ha'inci da kuma kiyayewa ga duk wanda mutane suka daurashi kan amanar aiki ko kuma na al'umma shine yana cikin jihadi, manzon Allah s.a.w yana cewa: “me aiki idan an sanya shi aiki sai ya amshi gaskiya kuma ya bada gaskiya bazai gushe ba yanan jihadi a kan tafarkin Allah har sai ya dawo zuwa gidan sa” (Dabarani ne ya rawaito shi kuma albani ya ingantashi cikin sahihul targb wal tarhib: 774)


2. Jihadi takaitacce (jihadin kare kai da jihadin nema):


Allah madaukaki yana cewa: “don me yasa bazakuyi yaki ba fisabilillah alhali masu rauni cikin maza da mata da yara suna cewa ya ubangijin mu ka fitar damu cikin wannan gari masu zalumtar mutanemn su, kuma kasanya mana majibinci daga gare ka kuma kasanya mana mataimaki daga gare ka” (suratun nisa'i ayata 75)

1. JIHADI NA WAJE: yana kasancewa ne da kare zalumci da kuma kawar dashi da yakan duk wanda yayi ta'addanci akan gidajen musulmai ko kuma mutumcinsu ko dukiyan su ko addinin su wannan gaskiya ne an shar'anta shi ga mutane baki daya amma yaki domin wata maslaha na duniya kamar samun karfin iko ko kuma yaki domin ramuwa hakika musulunci ya hana su.


2. JIHADI NA CIKI WANDA IRI BIYU:


❖ Jihadi na daidai ku: yana kasancewa ne da kare kai ko kuma kare wasu daga wani dan ta'addan wanda yake son sata ko kuma kisa ko ta'adi, wannan jihadin yana kasancewa ne ko dai da hannu watan mayar da dan ta'adda da dakatar dashi, idan hakan ya gagara sai yayi da harshe watan magana, idan hakan ya gagara sai yaki abun a zuciya, wannan shine nau'i na karshe me matukan muhimmanci kuma muhimmancin san a raya zukata taki zalumci kuma bazata saba ba da ganin sa, manzon Allah s.a.w yana cewa: “duk wanda yaga wani mummunan abu acikin ku to ya canzashi da hannun sa idan kuma bazai iya ba to yayi da harshe idan kuma bazai iya ba to yaki abun da zuciyan sa. wannan shine mafi raunin imani.” (Sahihu muslim)


❖ Jihadi na jama'a: shine yaki mutanen da kuka kawo hari ga musulmai har sai sun koma zuwa ga gaskiya Allah madaukaki yace: “idan wasu mutane suna fada cikin muminai to kuyi sasanta sakanin sui dan daya ya afkawa dayan to ku yaki wanda ya afaka har sai ya koma zuwa ga al'amarin Allah; idan kuma ya koma to sai ku sasanta tsakanin su da adalci kuma kuyi adalci lallai Allah yana son masu adalci” (suratul hujurat ayata 9)


Wannan shine ma'anar fadin manzon Allah s.a.w: “ka taimaki dan uwanka wanda yayi zalumci ko kuma aka zalumta.” Sai muakce ya manzon Allah zamu taimake shi idan an zalumce shi amma taya zamu taimake shi idan shine yayi zalumcin? Sai yace: “ka hanashi zalumcin shine taimakon sa.” (Buhari da Ahmad da Tirmizi ne suka rawaito shi)


▪ JIHADI NA NEMA:

“da sunan Allah me rahama mejin kai, daga Muhammad manzon Allah s.a.w zuwa ga Hirakal sarkin Rum, amincin Allah ya tabbata ga wanda yabi shiriya, bayan haka: lallai ni ina kiranka zuwa ga kiran musulunci, ka musulunta zaka tsira, ka musulunta Allah zai baka ladanka nunki biyu, idan kuma ka juya baya to zunubin Arisinawa yana kanka, kuma (yaku ma'abota littafi ku zo zuwa ga wata kalma dai-dai a tsakanin mu daku cewa bazamu bautawa kowa ba sai Allah kuma bazamu hada Allah da komai ba cikin bauta kuma sashin mu bazasu riki wani sashi ba abun bauta koma bayan Allah; idan sun juya baya kuce ku shaida mu musulmai ne).” (sahihu Muslim)

Hakika manzon Allah s.a.w yayi nuni cikin wasikun sa guda biyu kuma ya daura nauyin laifi na yankan mutanen Arisaniyawa65 da Kibaniyawa a masar akan Hirkal da Makuskus.

Iko da daman yin yaki Kuma sheikh usaimin ya kara fadin sharadin me matukan muhimmanci na jihadin nema wanda shine iko akan haka sai yace: “dole ne ya zama akwai sharadi a cikin sa, wanda shine ya zama musulmai suna da iko da karfi wanda zasu iya yin yakin dashi, idan basu da iko to lallai jefa kansu cikin yaki jefa kai ne cikin halaka, saboda haka ne Allah – madaukaki - be wajaba ba akan musulmai yin yaki a makka, domin basu da iko ga rauni, a lokacin da sukayi hijira zuwa madina suna kafa kasa ta musulunci suka zama suna da karfi sai aka umurce su da yaki, akan haka ya zama dole sai da wannan sharadi idan kuma bah aka ba to wannan wajabcin ya fadi akan mutane kamar sauran ayyukan wajibobi, domin ana shar'anta iko acikin su"68.

Jihadin nema yana da matakai guda uku wanda sharadi ne a binsu a jere din su yadda suke wannan matakai kuma sune:-


1. DA'AWA – KIRA -: yadda musulmai zasu fara aikawa da sakwannni na kira zuwa ga wani sarki suna kiranshi zuwa ga musulunci, kuma wannan sarkin yana da yanci kai tsaye na amasan wannan kira da shiga musulunci ko kuma tsayawa akan addinin sa.


2. BIYAN JIZIYA: jiziya tsari ne na duniya wanda ake aiki dashi a duniya baki dayan sa tun a zamanin da har zuwa wannan zamani namu, alama ne na biyayya ko kuma sulhu da ittifaki da aminci, kuma dukkanin kasashe na duniya kodai kasa ta amsa jiziya (wani kudi sananne) ko kuma ta biya jiziya ga wata kasar ta daban, kuma ya kasance ma'anar kin biyan kasa ga wannan jiziya sunyi watsi da wannan biyayya kenan ko kuma sulhu dasu da kuma shirinta na tayar da yaki. Tsarin jiziya ana amfani dashi har yanzu duniya baki dayanta ta kasu cikin kawance masu yawa, yadda ko wace kasa cikin kasashe manya take shirya kawance na duniya tare da kasashe kanana domin basu taimako na siyaysa ko kuma na karfin soja… da sauran su, maimakon wannan taimako kuma manyan kasashe suna samun wasu abubuwa na amfani na kudi kamar wata kasa karama ta yardan mata yin amfani da hanyoyin ruwanta domin yin aikin soja a gareta, ko kuma manyan kasashe ta samu abubuwan da wasu kasashen ke fitar na kaya ko uranion ko karfe ko man fetur da farashi me saukin gaske, ko kuma da samu damar habaka tattalin arzikin ta, da makamantan su, dukkan wannan ana daukan sa a matsayin


abokin hulda na sadaka da kuma taimako na siyasa da soja, da ace wata kasa zata kai hari ga kasar da suke da kawance da wata babbar kasa da wannan kasa ta shigan mata da karfin soja da kuma kare ta, wannan shine abunda aka sani na tsarin jiziya.

Kuma ya wajaba a fadakar akan cewa karban jiziya da shugaba keyi bawai ma'anar sa cewa yana da yancin aikata abunda yake so bane ga mutanen sa na bautar dasu ko azabtar dasu da wajabta masu bin addinin sa, a'a kuma ya wajaba a gareshi da cewa kada ya yaki muslunci da musulmai, kuma kada ya shiga tsakanin maluman musulmai da mutanen su, ya kyale su yin kira ga mutane domin shiga musulunci, duk wanda yaso acikin su bayahude ne ko kirista ya musulunta kuma baza'a wulakanta shi ba kuma wanda yaso ya tsaya a addinin sa, Allah madaukaki yace:


“kuma ka fadi gaskiya daga ubangijin ka; duk wanda yasu yayi imani wanda kuma yaso ya kafurta; lallai


mun tanadar wa azzalumi wata irinn wuta wacce zata shanye gabban su” (suratul kahafi ayata 29)


3. YAKI: da sarki zai yin abunda muka lissafo na shiga musulunci ko kuma biyan jiziya ko rashin wulakanta mutanen sa, anan ne kawai aka yardan ma rundunan musulmai yin yaki da wannan sarki da rundunan dake tare dashi, amma kuma basu da alaka da mutanen sa, bazasu yaki wanda basa yaki ba kuma bazasu afkawa mata ba ko yara ko tsofaffi ko masu ibada ko kuma wanda suka barranta daga yakin.


Yakin nema bawai kai tsaye yake ba a'a yana da abubuwan da suke hanashi daga ciki akwai:-


❖ Rashin iko ga musulmai akan yin yaki, domin rashin karfin su ko kuma karantan su.


❖ Rashin samun alkawari da kafiri domin kuwa baya halatta warware wannan alkawari, kuma wannan yana da misali a wannan zamani namu mafi yawancin kasashen duniya suna da alkawura a tsakanin su da hadaka na kasuwanci.


❖ Samun maslaha a fili na rashin yin yaki tare da iko akan haka, kamar yadda yake cikin sulhul hudaibiya.


Abunda ake nanatawa dayawa cikin wasu kafafen yadan labarai wanda basu tabbata ba kuma bakomai bane face karya domin tabbatar da wani manufa na siyasa nasu shine magana cewa jihadi ga yaki ne ga duniya domin su kasance karkashin shugabanci daya wanda wannan magana ba gaskiya bane fadin Allah madaukaki yana karyata shi:


“da ubangijin ka yaso daya sanya mutane sun zama a'umma daya; kuma bazasu gushe ba suna samun sabani (118) sai dai wanda Allag yayima rahama; domin haka aka halicce su; kuma kalmar ubangijin ka ta gabata cewa sai na cika jahanna da aljanu da mutane baki daya (119)” (suratu Hudu 118-119)


Manufa na jihadi zai bayya ne na hakika cikin fadin Allah madaukai:


“anyi izini ga wanda suke yaki lallai fa an zalumce su kuma lallai Allah me iko ne akan taimakon su (39) wanda aka fitar dasu daga gidajen sub a tare da wani laifi ba sai dan sunce ubangijin mu shine Allah; kuma badan kariyan Allah baga mutane sashin su akan sashi da an rurusa wuraren ibadu da kasuwanci da wurin sallar kiristoci ko yahudawa da masallatai wanda ake ambaton Allah acikin su; kuma wallahi Allah zai taimaki wanda yake taimakon sa; lallai Allah me karfi ne kuma mabuwayi (40) wanda idan mun tabbatar dasu a doron kasa suna tsaida sallah kuma suna bada zakka kuma suna umurni da kyakyawan aiki da yin hani daga mummunan aiki; kuma ga Allah karshen abubuwa ke komawa” (suratul hajji ayata 39-41)


Allah madaukaki ya kara cewa:


“dan me yasa bazakuyi yaki ba domin Allah alhali masu rauni daga cikin maza da mata da yara wanda suke cewa ya Ubangijin mu ka fitar damu daga cikin wannan gari me zalumtar mutanen ta; kuma kasanya mana majibinci daga gare ka kuma ka sanya mana mataimaki daga gareka.” (An-Nisâ’ 4:75)


Kamar yadda muke gani cewa manufan Jihadi shine kare hakki da addini da kuma kare zalumci, yahudawa da kiristoci da musulunci suna amfana dashi, bawai kawai kariyan na amfanin musulmai bane kawai69. Badan abunda Allah ya shar'anta ba na kare zalumci da barna dayin yaki da an rusa gaskiya da lallata duniya kuma da an rusa wuraren ibadu na fadoji da cocuka na kiristoci, da wuraren bauta na yahudawa, da masallatan musulmai70. Mun gani kuma cikin ayar cewa sakamakon jihadi ko kuma abunda yake bayan yakin bayan mutanen gaskiya sunci nasara akan mutanen banza da zalumci da barna, yadda ayara tayi bayanin cewa mujahidai musu riko da hadafin jihadi wanda shin gyara bawai yada barna ba, sai su tsayar da salla basa mugunta a doron kasa, kuma suna fitar da zakkan dukiyoyin su ga masu shi cikin talakawa da mabukata kuma basa rubda ciki da dukiyoyin mutane da arzikin su na kasa, kuma suna umurni da kyakyawan aiki da hani daga mummunan aiki.

Idan jihadi ya kasance domin kiyaye gaskiya da kuma daukaka Kalmar Allah da kiyaye masu rauni kenan suwa ake yaka?!! Allah madaukaki ya bayya wanda ake nufa da jihadi cikin fadin sa:


“kuma Allah be hanaku ba ga wanda basu yake ku ba kuma basu fitar daku daga gidanje da kuyi masu biyayya da kuma yin adalci a garesu; lallai Allah yanason masu yin adalci (8) lallai wanda Allah ya hanaku sune wanda suka yake ku cikin addinin ku kuma suka fitar daku daga cikin gidajen ku kuma sukayi yunkurin fitar daku da ku so su; duk kuma wanda yaso su to wannan sune azzalumai” (suratul mumtahana ayata 8-9)


Dan abbas yana cewa:


(mushrikai sun kasance cikin matsayi biyu agun manzon Allah s.a.w da muminai: sun kasance mushrikai masu yaki, suna yakansu suma suna yakan su, da mushrikai na amana da alkawari, wanda basa yakan su kuma suma basa yakansu) (buhari ne ya rawaito shi)


Kuma hakika manzon Allah s.a.w yace:


(duk wanda ya kashe wanda akayi alkawari dashi ko kuma wanda yake karkashin kariyan Allah da manzon sa, to bazai ji kamshin aljanna ba, kuma lallai kamshinta anajin sa ne tun daga nisan tafiyar shekara saba'in) (Ibn Majjah ne ya rawaito shi kuma ingantacce ne hadisin)


Ya kuma kara fadi har wayau s.a.w:


(ku saurara kuji duk wanda ya kasa dan amana wanda yake da kariyan Allah da manzon sa to hakika ya kunyata kariyan Allah kuma bazaiji kamshin aljanna ba,


kuma kamshinta anajinsa ne tun daga nesan tafiyan kaka saba'in) (tirmizi ne ya rawaito shi – hadisi ne ingantacce)


Ya kuma kara fadi har wayau s.a.w:


“lallai zakuci kasar misra da yaki kuma kasace wacce akwai Kiradi acikinta – sunan kudin da suke amfani dashi ne a misra a lokacin – idan kun bude ta to ku kyautata ma mutanen garin domin sunada kariya da dangantaka.” Ko kuma “kariya da sirikanci” (muslim ne ya rawaito shi)


Mujahid ( Allah ya kara masa yarda) na rawaito cewa:


" Abdullahi dan Umar an yanka masa rago domin tarban sa daga tafiya, bayan yazo sai yace: ' shin kun tsamma makwabtar ku kuwa wani abu daga ciki, watan yahudawa? Shin kun tsamma makwabtar ku kuwa wani abu daga ciki, watan yahudawa? Naji manzon Allah s.a.w yana cewa: ' mala'ika Jibril be gushe ba yana mun wasiyya game da kyautatwa makwabci har saida nayi zaton cewa Allah zai bayar da umurnun a raba gadon ka dasu." (Tirmizi ne ya rawaito shi)

sai ya aika sako zuwa sauran biranen na misira yana cewa: “wurin da akwai Baba bunyamin a na kiristocin Khibdawa suna da alkawari da aminci,to su zo cikin kwanciyan hankali domin yaci gaba dajan ragamar mutanen su da cocin, sai annabi bunyamin yazo bayan ya shude shekaru goma sha uku na a inda ya gudu, sai Amru dan Aas ya karrama shi matuka ya kuma yi umurni da abashi cocin shi da sauran abubuwan daya mallaka.” A lokacin da rundunar Amru sukayi niyyar barin Iskandiriyya zuwa ga gashi biya na garuruwa, sai daya daga cikin jirgin ruwa ya tsaya baya motsawa daga wurin sa, sai rundunar Amru suka domin duba shi sai sukaga kan Mirkas me tsarki. Sai suka kira Baba bunyamin ya dauka ya tafi dashi tare dashi akwai bokaye da mutane suna waka na farinciki har suka kai cocin su.”


1. HARAMTA YAKI: jihadi na yaki ya kasance a farkon da'awar musulunci haramun ne ga musulmai, Allah madaukaki yace: “shin baka gani ba ga wanda aka ce masu ku kame hannayen ku daga yaki ku tsayar da sallah da bayar da zakkah” (suratun nisa'i ayata 77)


2. IZININ YIN YAKI: daganan sai akayi ma musulami izinin yin jihadi bayan mushrikai sun faro kuntata masu ta hanyar rayuwan su da kuma tilasta su barin gidajen


su, Allah madaukaki yace: “anyi izini ga masu yaki cewa fa an zalumce su kuma lallai Allah me iko ne game da taimakon su (39) wanda aka fitar dasu daga gidajen sub a tare da wani dalili ba sai dan sunce ubangijin mu shine Allah” (suratul hajj ayata 39-41)


3. KARE KAI DAYIN YAKI IDAN AN FADO MAKU DA YAKI: daganan sai umurnin yin jihadi yazo idan mushrikai sun fadama musulmai suka kuma fara takulan su da yaki, Allah madaukaki yace: “ku yaki wanda suke yakan ku domin tafarkin Allah kuma kada kuyi ta'addanci, lallai Allah bayason masu yin ta'addanci” (suratul bakara ayata 190)


4. UMURNI DAYIN YAKI: a lokacin musulunci ya bayyana ya kuma yadu mutane sun fara shiga cikin sa kungiya kungiya, kuma makiyan su sun karu na waje na kasashen dake gefen su wanda suke ganin akwai babban hatsari akan su a cikin haka, Allah madukaki ya umurci musulmai da yin yakin nema domin isar wa da kai sakon tauhidi ga mutane da kuma yada addinin musulunci da daukaka Kalmar Allah, da kuma neman sarakuna da shugabanni da kiransu zuwa ga musulunci, domin nufin daukaka Kalmar tauhidi da tabbatar da adalci da yada shi bawai domin yakin faidi da karfi da zartarwa da daukaka da girman kai ba a doron kasa ko kuma domin ramuwa wanda sakamakon sa shine barna da dirkakewa, Allah madaukaki yace: “kada ku zama kamar wanda suka fita daga gidajen su masu tunkawo da riya ga mutane kuma suna kangewa game da tafarkin Allahl kuma Allah ya karade dukkan abunda suke aikatawa” (suratul anfal ayata 47)


Hakika alkur'ani ya bayyana wulakancin daya samu wanda sukayi imani da Allah cikin kiristoci a hannun mutanen su gabanin bayyanar musulunci kuma Allah ya tabbatar da labarin wulakancin nasu cikin alkur'ani domin ya bayyana manufa na hakika shine dauke zalumci akan muminai sun kasance kiristoci ne ko kuma yahudawa ko musulmai: Allah madaukaki yace:


“An la’anci mutanen rami (4) wato wuta wadda aka hura (5) a lokacin da suke akan (gefen) ta a zazzaune (6) alhali su bisa ga abinda suke aikatawa ga muminai, suna halarce (7) kuma basu tuhumce su ba, face kawai domin sunyi imani da Allah Mabuwayi, Wanda ake godemawa (8).” (suratul buruj ayata 4-8)


Hakika wannan ayoyi sun sauka cikin alkur'ani domin ya tabbatar da labarin mumimai na kiristan kasar yamen har abadan wanda suka kasance gabanin zuwan manzon Allah Muhammad s.a.w, an azabtar dasu daga wurin mutanen kasarsu domin sunyi imani da Allah madaukaki, aka haka rami me zurfin gaske domin su aka kuma rurashi da wuta sai aka basu zabi ko dai su bar addinin su ko kuma ajefa a wannan wuta, haka dai aka jefa su ciki domin sunyi imani da Allah madaukaki suka kuma zauna a wurin wannan rami suna ganin azabar da kuma kona su din.


Jihadi a musulunci yana da ka;idoji da ladubba wanda ya banbanta dashi daga zalumci ko mugunta da kuma ta'addanci, ba'a kashewa cikin abokan gaba sai wanda yaye


yaki ko kuma ya taimaka akan yakin. Kuma an haramta kashe tsofaffi da yara da mata da marasa lafiya da likitoci na marasa lafiya da masu rauni da firsinonin yaki haka kuma masu ibada wanda suka shagaltu da ibadar su!. Kuma ba'a karasa me rauni cikin mayaka, kuma ba'a gunduwa gunduwa da wanda aka kashe, kuma ba'abin wanda ya gudu daga yakin, kuma ba'a kashe dabbobi, kuma ba'a rusa gidaje, kuma ba'a rusa wurarern ibadu da barna, kuma ba'a lallata ruwa da rijiyoyi, kuma ba'a yanke bishiyoyi ko kuma kona su.. zuwa dai karshe.


Hakikan wannan ya kasance shine karantarwan manzon Allah me daraja s.a.w da khalifofin sa a bayan sa ga rundunar su wanda suke turawa yin yaki, ya kasance wasiyyar khalifar manzon Allah s.a.w Abubakar al siddiq Allah ya kara masa yarda ga shugabannin rundunar sa:


“ku tsaya zanyi maku wasaici da abubuwa goma ku kiyaye su daga gareni: kada kuyi ha'inci, kuma kada ku boye wani abu cikin kayan ganima, kuma kada kuyi yaudara, kuma kada kuyi gunuduwa gunduwa, kuma kada ku kashe yaro karami, kuma kada ku kashe tsoho ko mace, kuma kada ku yanke bishiyan dabino ko kuma konata, kuma kada ku yanke bishiya me yara, kuma kada ku yanka akuya ko sanuwa ko rakumi sai idan ci zakuyi. Kuma zaku wuce wasu mutane sun shagaltu cikin wuraren bauta ku kyale su da abunda suka shagaltu dashi.”74


Su kuma firsinonin yaki a musulunci suna da hakkoki: baya halatta a zabtar dasu ko kuma kaskantar dasu ko kuma tsoratar dasu ko kuma hanasu abinci da abunsha har sum utu,

a'a a mutunta su da muka kyautata masu mu'amala, saboda fadin Allah madaukaki:


“kuma suna ciyar da abincin a bisa son su ga miskinai da marayu da kuma firsinan yaki (8) hakika muna ciyar daku ne domin domin kuma bama neman sakanya ko kuma godiya daga gare ku.”75


Daular musulunci tana da hakkin yin mu'amala da firsinonin yaki gwargwadon maslaha na jama'a da kuma ittifaki na kasashe kodai su sake firsinonin sub a tare da biyan fansa ba ko kuma kuma su fanshi kansu da kudi, ko kuma ayi musayan su da firsinoni musulmai.


Amma ga sauran gama garin mutane wand aba musulmai ba dake cikin wannan daula wacce musulmai suka shiga, hakika musulunci ya haramta yi masu ta'adi ko kuma cucat dasu ta ko wani irin yanayi, manzon Allah s.a.w yace:


“wanda ya kashe wanda akayi alkawari dashi yana da kariyan Allah da kariyan manzon sa, bazaici kamshin aljanna ba kuma kamashin ta anajin sa ne daga nisan tafiyar shekara saba'in” (Ibn Majjah ne ya rawaito shi kuma albani ya ingantashi cikin littafin alsahiha: 2356)


Kuma ya haramta kutse cikin darajar su, ba'a kaskantar dasu ko kuma jizginawa, kuma ba'a zamumtar su ko kuma wulakanta su, hakika manzon Allah s.a.w yace:


“ku saurara kuji duk wanda ya zalumci wanda akayi alkawari dashi, ko kuma ya toye masa hakkin sa ko ya sanya shi aikin da yafi karfin sa, ko kuma ya amshi wani abu a hannun sa ba tare da yardan sa ba to lallai ni

zanyi jayayya dashi ranan alkiyama” (abu dawud ne ya rawaito shi, alsilsilatul sahiha: 445)


Kuma manzon Allah s.a.w ya kasance yana yin wasiyya ga sahabban sa mujahidai da kyautatawa mutanen garin da sukaci da yaki dayi masu mu'amala me kyau yana cewa:


“lallai zaku bude misra kuma kasa ce wacce akwai Khiradi acikinta, idan kun bude ta to ku kyautata ga mutanen ta domin sunada kariya da dangantaka.” Ko kuma “kariya da sirikanci” (muslim ne ya rawaito shi)


Mafi alherin dalili akan zartar da wasiyyar manzon Allah s.a.w wshine wannan alkawarin da Umar dan Khaddab Allah ya kara masa yarda ya bayar ga mutanen baitul makdis lokacin daya shigeta bayan ya budeta sai yace:


“da sunan Allah me rahma mejin kai. Wannan shine abunda bawan Allah Umar dan Khaddab shugaban muminai ya bayar ga mutanen baitul makdis na aminci: ya basu amana akan rayukan su da dukiyoyin su da cocunan su da wuraren ibadun su…. Kuma baza'a tilasta masu ba akan addinin su kuma baza'a cutar da wani ba a cikin su…. Zuwa karshe.”


Shin tarihi ya taba ganun wannan tsantsan adalci da yafiya daga bangaren wanda yaci nasari wanda yayi galaba akan wanda y agama dasu?! Duk da cewa Umar Allah ya kara masa yarda yana da iko ya fada masu abunda ya so na sharudda! Sai dai kawai adalci ne da kuma burin yada addinin Allah, da son alheri ga mutane. Wannan yana nuna cewa jihadi a cikin musulunci bawai domin kwadayin abun duniya bane.
